1. Oklahoma will destroy Nebraska and show no mercy.

FARRELL'S TAKE: FACT. Nebraska is a three-touchdown underdog against Oklahoma in an old school Big Eight rivalry this weekend and the Huskers will get the full throttle treatment from the Sooners. Why? Many have tried to prove that Nebraska wanted out of this game and that ramps up the pressure for the Sooners to dominate.

Most expect the Sooners to win this game in a blowout and they honestly need style points to help boost their CFB Playoff case. With Spencer Rattler looking to stay near the top of the Heisman standings and Lincoln Riley looking to improve the Sooners ranking, the Huskers will be on the wrong end of this one in a bad way.

2. Alabama gets upset at The Swamp.

FARRELL'S TAKE: FICTION. I don’t see this happening despite how high I am on Anthony Richardson as the next leader of the Gators. Alabama is too loaded on offense to be held under 40 points and the Crimson Tide defense can keep Florida in the 20s with ease. The only question will be how long this stays close, not who wins.

3. A Hot Seat gets hotter this weekend.

FARRELL'S TAKE: FACT. Who’s it going to be now that the focus is off Clay Helton at USC? Will it be Manny Diaz at Miami if the Hurricanes lose to a formidable Michigan State team? Or will it be Mike Norvell if Florida State stumbles against Wake Forest? The most likely bet is Scott Frost if Nebraska gets pummeled as badly as I think they will by Oklahoma but you know some Hot Seat talk is coming after this weekend.
